We pride ourselves on providing the most efficient machining available at Glenn Machine Company. Our 16,000 square foot facility includes some of the most effective and state-of-the-art equipment in the industry, including advanced CNC multitasking machines. Our equipment combines multiple CNC operations into one process, reducing setup time and inaccuracies that are possible when transferring workpieces from one machine to another. With this machinery and our highly experienced staff of professionals, we provide CNC machining with close tolerances, efficient processing, and highly competitive lead times.

We maintain two CNC multitasking machines: a Mazak Integrex 200 SY and a Mazak Integrex 300I SY. These machines allow us to perform a broad range of multitasking processes, including contour, taper, and straight turning and boring. We can also perform external and internal threading, along with facing, drilling, tapping, knurling, gear hobbing, broaching, and profiling. Other available services include parting, cutting, milling, thread milling, counterboring, countersinking, and pocketing. This machinery also includes advanced capabilities such as built-in CAD/CAM controllers and CAM programming services, assisting us in providing design consulting and reverse engineering whenever necessary.

Our equipment can accommodate workpieces in a broad variety of dimensions, including parts with up to 22″ maximum turning diameter and up to 60″ in length. We also maintain 13 overhead cranes that can handle up to 6,000 lbs. each. Maximum flexibility is guaranteed by our three- and four-axis capabilities, along with three-, four-, and six-jaw chuck fixturing. We work with a wide range of metals, including aluminum, alloy steels, brass, bronze alloys, copper, carbon steel, cast iron, nickel, Stellite, titanium, and tool steels, as well as plastic polymers.

As a complete shop, we pride ourselves on our full array of supporting and value-added services, allowing us to provide comprehensive fabrication and finishing options in-house. Some of these services include honing, welding, and manual turning/milling when required. We also offer painting, assembly, and delivery, along with finishing options that include plating, passivating, heat treating, hardening, and anodizing, among others.

We specialize in small to medium volume production, but also provide full production runs when requested. Quotes are available on a job by job basis, with rush and just-in-time (JIT) inventory services available. To learn more about our CNC multitasking capabilities, please contact us directly.
