At Glenn Machine Company, we are a full-service shop that specializes in precision machining. Our tradition of quality is well exemplified by our CNC turning services. We have been CNC turning since 1981! We maintain an array of high quality, state-of-the-art turning equipment. With our well-trained staff of machinists and an advanced 16,000 sq. ft. facility, we can handle the most difficult projects – all while maintaining fast turnaround and premium levels of quality. Our CNC turning equipment represents some of the best models available in the industry. This includes a number of different layouts such as our Mazak M-4 and Mazak M-5 (3) flat bed machines, Mazak Quick Turn 250, Mazak Quick Turn 350 (2), Mazak Slant 50 (2), and a Mazak Slant 40. These machines feature a variety of advanced features, including tail stocks, steady rests and built-in CAD/CAM controllers. Our equipment can handle a maximum turning diameter of 33″ and maximum length of 120″. We also maintain 13 overhead cranes with capacities up to 6,000 lbs.
